INSTRUCTIONS TO THE HEAD OF THE INSTITUTIONS FOR
FILLING UP OF FORMS FOR D.El.Ed. EXAMINATION, 2025 BOTH (REGULAR ONLY) (1ST YEAR, 2ND YEAR, 1ST YEAR BACK & 2ND YEAR BACK)

 

(No Candidate is allowed to fill the form under DEP course)

 

     1.   The filling up of application forms for D.El.Ed. Examination, 2025  (Regular Only)
(1st Year, 2nd Year, 1st Year Back & 2nd Year Back) will be done through only the online mode on visiting the website www.bseexam.in from 01/07/2025 till 14/07/2025 midnight.

     2.   All formalities for filling up of the forms i.e. deposit of fee and final submission of forms shall be completed by the stipulated date line that is by  14/07/2025. No further extension shall be allowed.

3.The Head of the Institutions of DIETs/ BIETs/ ST Schools are the authority to fill up the application forms for D.El.Ed. Examination, 2025  (Regular Only)  (1st Year, 2nd Year,
1st Year Back & 2nd Year Back) strictly in accordance with Regulation of Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.), 2012, Chapter–X–D (A).

4.The Head of the Institution is required to submit teacher information by clicking on the Submit Teacher Information link given below in the main page.

     5.   The Head of the Institutions are required to go through the step by step instructions and other related information by downloading the same from the website.

     6.   Fee for the Examination :-

           The fee for the examination will automatically be reflected in the pay-in slip to be generated in the online application.

The fee for candidates will be as follows :-

[a] For candidates under category SC/ ST   – Rs.1400/-

            [b] For other category candidates                            – Rs.1600/-

7.It is mandatory on part of the Head of the Institution to enter internal marks of the 2nd Year candidates while doing the filling up of forms. Further, profiles of all teacher educators shall be entered in the online application. Internal marks once entered can not be changed at later stage.

8.   It is mandatory on part of the Head of the Institution to enter internal marks of the 1st Year and 2nd Year candidates while doing the filling up of forms. 9.Practicals will be conducted as per notification to be issued by the Board. However the practicals of both the years (1st year and 2nd year) will be conducted at a time after the theory examination of 2nd year students is completed. Therefore Head of the Institutions are to complete all practical teaching lessons in next one month so that the practicals can be conducted for both the year students at a time.

   10.     Eligibility of Candidates :–

           The following categories of candidates are eligible to fill up forms through your institutions.

           (a)     Regular – Candidates who have been duly admitted in Teachers Education Institution; and have prosecuted their courses of study by attending classes during the year of examination thereby securing not less than 80% attendance in each paper; and have successfully completed required number of supervised practice teaching lessons, workshop-based and school-based activities for the purpose and must have completed the required number of assignment and projects, duly internally assessed; and must have completed the action research project (only during 2nd year) in order to be declared eligible to be sent up and fill up the forms for the final examination by the Head of the Institution subject to fulfillment of the conditions as laid down, at column ‘5’ of the Regulation of Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) 2012 chapter-x-D(A). Such candidates shall be termed as Regular Candidates.

(b)   Head of the Institutions are to note that the 1st year students will continue study till November, 2025. The percentage of attendance and other requisite obligations regarding teaching lessons etc. as at ‘a’ above are to be fulfilled by each student by the end of the academic session, failing which, the Head of the Institutions shall send a report regarding non fulfilment of mandatory requirements on part of students so that the candidature of those students shall be cancelled and the candidates can not appear at the examination. The report regarding non fulfilment of mandatory requirements should reach the Controller of Examinations by name positively by 07/12/2025.

       Note :–       The Examination Committee of the Board may condone the deficit in attendance not exceeding 10% for special reasons, especially on health ground when the application is supported by a certificate from a registered medical practitioner or for extra ordinary circumstances beyond the control of the candidate supported by any authentic evidence (s).

(c)    The candidate who is declared fail having not secured the prescribed aggregate marks i.e. 565 shall be given three consecutive chances following the 1st appearance to secure the said aggregate as well as pass marks in each theory and practical paper.

(d)   A candidate who fails to secure 40% marks either in the internal assessment or external assessment in a theory paper shall be allowed to clear the internal or external assessment as the case may be in three consecutive chances following the first appearances.

(e)   A candidate who is declared failed in each practical paper shall be given two consecutive chances following the first appearance to clear those practical papers.        

   11.     Question Papers :–

           The question papers for D.El.Ed. Examination –2025 will be set from the existing syllabus.

13. The candidate(s) whose result have been cancelled due to alleged malpractice must have to appear in all the theory subjects (in the examination in which he/ she has been booked under malpractice) in the present examination. However, the candidates who have been booked under M.P in Back Papers shall have to appear in those papers in which they have been booked as back paper candidate.

14.The candidates who have been booked under Malpractice in D.El.Ed. Examination, 2024 have been imposed with punishment of losing two consecutive chances. Hence these candidates can appear the examination from D.El.Ed. Examination, 2026.

   15.   The medium of instruction & examination in all the theory papers except in content-cumpedagogy papers i.e. Hindi, English, Urdu, Olchik, Telugu & Persian shall be in Odia. The medium of instruction and examination in theory papers in Hindi / Sanskrit/ Urdu / Persian shall be in the respective language.
